The free breakfast, that's it.

The hotel staff a woman, was most unpleasant and rude and decided she wanted to have confrontation in front of other guest.

There is a family living there, that cares for the hotel and the woman was rude, unprofessional and they had their own kids, 3 of them to be exact running around the hotel and watching us in the pool and the hot tub never heated up, after over an hour it went from cold to Luke warm. The towels were cheap and scratchy. We were also told we could not use the computer in the lobby, not that you had a chance to get on it, because one of their 3 kids were almost always using it. ...read more

Morning front desk staff person was very attentive and nice.

First room - mold smell. Second room- bad beds, needed some vacuuming.

Overall, I was not real impressed. Other than the front desk staff, who were very friendly and the morning breakfast which was adequate, I had the following overall concerns- Room cleanliness. Everything was upgraded- bedding, shower had rounded curtain to make it pretty big, massaging shower head, etc.

Mold on shower curtain.

All in all, it was a very nice hotel. I would definitely stay there again.

Poor service, dirty rooms.

I will never, ever, ever stay here again. The people were rude, the hotel was run down and the rooms were filthy.

Tub needs mat; it was slippery.

Unfriendly; inadequate facilities.

Not a very good value for the money. No smoking rooms are right next to smoking rooms and so very uncomfortable in that regard. Air conditioning cycles off in the evening and temperature control is not good for restful sleeping.
